The International Journal for Researcher Development (IJRD) is the first international journal devoted exclusively to the scholarship of researcher development. Its purpose is to further understanding of all aspects of researcher development and related policy and practice across any sector and context, including conceptual issues such as what researcher development is, and (socio-) psychological and socio-cultural issues, such as how it occurs. Emerald is pleased to have this important title as an addition to their strong and growing education portfolio.
